Without doubt one of my favourite interviews for some time.
This episode was packed with everything from pure authenticity & emotion to practical tips to help people build the mindset to overcome adversity. Oh yeah and for all the Hyrox crowd out there the last 30 minutes is ALL Hyrox from how many days a week Gaz trains, to the type of training he does, how he fuels for an event, what times he recommends people should hit a 5/10k run to compete well, how to strategise if you are doing Hyrox Doubles.
I can't imagine anyone not getting a heap of value from this episode!
