HIIT is one of the most effective training methods for burning fat. In this workout you will be using jut your own bodyweight as the resistance.
Complete each of the following 3 exercises for 30 seconds with a 30 second rest between:
1. Burpee
2. High Knees
3. Mountain Climbers
Complete 3-5 circuits following the 30 second work : 30 seconds rest format...it should take you around 15 minutes.
