Exercise List;
1️⃣Toe taps
2️⃣Squat to reverse lunge
3️⃣Pulse squat jumps
4️⃣Squatted toe taps
If you are not at the gym, use the bottom step of your stairs at home🏡
[For beginner exercisers use this format]

Complete each of the four exercises for 30 seconds with CONSISTENT GOOD FORM🏋🏻♀️ followed by 30 second of rest😨.
If the exercise involves changing legs, do 30 seconds on each leg).

Complete each of the four exercises for 40 seconds with CONSISTENT GOOD FORM🏋🏻♀️ followed by 20 second of rest😨.
