Mobilize the t-spine with one of my favourite stretches and get a pretty kick ass lat/shoulder stretch at the same time!

Here's How To Perform The Standing T-Spine Mobility!

1 Stand a little more than arm's length away from the wall.
2 Place both hands on the wall.
3 Rock hips back and drop chest towards the ground for about 15secs, relax then repeat x3-4
