This is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout with a focus on resistance based training.
We'll be using a resistance band for equipment to add resistance (if you don't have one then bodyweight is fine).
Complete the following 4 exericses as demonstrated in the video:
1. Squat
2. Press Ups
3. Bent Over Row (or Renegade Row)
4. Plank
Work for 30 seconds then rest for 45 seconds completing 3-5 circuits
